UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3.50

All UK express orders are sent with Royal Mail signed for service. Deliveries take 1-3 working days and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm.

  

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £6.95

All next day delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery - tracked and signed service. Order before 3pm to receive your order the next day. Orders made after 3pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm.

 

EUROPE - £12.80

WORLDWIDE - £12.80

All Worldwide orders are sent with Royal Mail tracked and signed service. Deliveries can take 5-7 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) and are delivered any time between 8am-6pm. For more information on your order please contact us at hi@lollipopthebrand.com 

Please note: All orders placed after 3pm Friday will only be processed and dispatched on Monday.

All orders are tracked. Tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the UK courier to the local courier in your country or air and ground transportation delays, nor any fees, customs or backend charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

 

Refund policy

All sales are final and therefore non-refundable. Items can only be replaced if items are defective, damaged or incorrect. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.

Earrings can not be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes.

All pieces are quality checked prior to dispatch. For faulty returns, we will assess the fault and reserve the right to repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item of equal value or full refund will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection. 


If you are not happy with your purchase we can either:
(1) Exchange your item for a different style of your choice.
(2) Provide store credit to the amount of the item/s returned.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned within 14 days. Your return/exchange will be processed within 48 hours once items are received.

The cost to return an item or exchange is at the expense of the customer. For security and peace of mind, we recommend customers to use a tracked delivery service to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
